How should I care for my Simon Pearce glassware?
Most of our glass is dishwasher-safe on a low-heat cycle, but we recommend hand-washing larger or more delicate pieces. Avoid extreme temperature changes, such as pouring boiling water into cold glass, to prevent thermal shock.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take great care in packaging our handcrafted pieces using specialized protective materials. Most orders ship via UPS and include insurance to ensure your items arrive safely at your doorstep.
Are your pottery pieces microwave and oven safe?
Our stoneware is lead-free, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe. While it can be used in the oven, we recommend placing it in a cold oven and allowing it to heat up gradually to avoid cracking.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, non-personalized items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order is processed and leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you offer gift wrapping and personalized notes?
